Terms and Conditions for Participants in RJ Hunt at the 10th International Radio Fair 2024:
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The RJ Hunt contest at the 10th International Radio Fair 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2 Participants must be registered attendees of the 10th International Radio Fair in order to participate in the Contest.
2. Registration:
2.1 Participants must complete the official registration form provided by the organizers of the 10th International Radio Fair.
2.2 By registering for the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Contest Structure:
3.1 The RJ Hunt contest consists of a written exam, VIVA (oral interview), and voice audition.
3.2 Participants must participate in all components of the contest to be eligible for consideration.
4. Participation Fee:
4.1 There is a non-refundable participation fee of Rs500/- associated with entering the RJ Hunt contest for one choice of selection of different Radio stations. Scan this QR to pay or e-transfer the money to Ac No of Outreach i.e., 7381000100031000, IFSC PUNB0675900.
4.2 The participation fee must be paid in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Same Day Offer Letter:
5.1 Participants who successfully complete all components of the contest may receive a same-day offer letter from the organizers, subject to their performance and the discretion of the judging panel.
5.2 The offer letter may include details of any opportunities or benefits associated with winning or placing in the contest.
6. Cancellation of Registration:
6.1 The organizers reserve the right to cancel a participant’s registration at their discretion.
6.2 Reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to, failure to meet eligibility requirements, violation of the Contest rules, or disruptive behavior.
7. General Terms and Conditions:
7.1 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the Contest. Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the Contest.
7.2 Liability: Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizers of the 10th International Radio Fair and the RJ Hunt contest are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Contest. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of the Contest.
7.3 Modification of Terms: The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via the official channels of the 10th International Radio Fair.
7.5 Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the RJ Hunt contest at the 10th International Radio Fair, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Contest.
