1. *Eligibility*: Participation in the event is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who hold a valid radio license issued by their respective national regulatory authority.
2. *Registration*: All participants must complete the official registration form and submit it along with any required fees by the specified deadline. Incomplete or late registrations may not be accepted.
3. *Fees*: Participants are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 500/- (Five Hundred Rupees only), which covers access to the event, Participation kit, and space for showcase radio sets in exhibition. Organizer will provide lunch & dinner at the event place for the registered participants. If the participant need standard accommodation and local conveyance then he/she have to pay fee of Rs 500/- (Five Hundred Rupees only) per day extra.

4. *Code of Conduct*: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
5. *Liability*: Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their belongings while attending the event. The event organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
6.*Photography and Recording*: The event organizers may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event for promotional and archival purposes. By participating, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in such materials.
7. *Changes and Cancellations*: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or speakers without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the event organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and may or may not provide refunds at their discretion.
8. Last date of registration is 2nd February 2024. Registrations after this date will not be accepted.
9. Stalls at exhibition for radio sale or any other commercial purpose can be booked on the homepage of this website.
By registering for the 10th International Radio Fair 2024, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
